Find the cause and fix it
12V car outlet stops and E065 appears
- Unplug all accessories from the cigarette-lighter port, turn DC output off, inspect for conductive debris and damaged device plug, and use a known-good device within the port's rating.
Code returns only with one compressor/adapter
- That appliance or cord is drawing too much current or shorted.
- Replace the defective adapter or use a suitable higher-rated external supply, not a larger fuse or bypass.
E065 with port completely empty
- Stop using DC output and have DC socket/power electronics examined by BLUETTI.
- Never insert metal test probes into a live socket casually.
