SEAFLO SFDP1-030-045-33, nominal 12 V DC and 45 PSI pressure-switch configuration. Verify pump label, inline fuse and hose/strainer layout; other SEAFLO 33 Series variants have different pressure and current ratings.
Find the cause and fix it
A slow drip comes from a snap-in port or threaded fitting
- Switch off power, relieve water pressure by opening a faucet, remove the fitting and inspect its taper seal or O-ring.
- Clean seating face and reinstall the correct seal/port fitting hand-tight as the SEAFLO manual directs—do not use Teflon tape on these tapered seals.
Water originates from the pump-head seam or pressure-switch housing
- Isolate power and water, inspect for loose head screws and a torn or pinched diaphragm/switch membrane.
- Replace the corresponding SEAFLO service kit matched by full model and date code.
Pump housing has a visible crack from freezing
- Replace cracked head/housing with specified assembly, drain and winterize the system so it does not freeze again.

The fault definitions, named controls and any published specifications follow the linked documentation. Ordered isolation tests are conservative explanatory procedures, not a claim that all checks are verbatim factory service instructions. If the stated manual does not establish a measurement or part compatibility, this guide deliberately does not invent it.
