HOW TO CHECK & CORRECT THIS CAUSE
- Remove from water, power off, rinse/clear wrapped hair and grit from tracks, wheels and brush roller.
- Full charge, then use exact model-approved reboot/reset and test submerged in a safe pool, not by requiring wheels to spin on dry ground.
How to tell it is fixed: Tracks propel unit in water without jerky stall.

- Replace track/drive-wheel service part matched to S1 revision following supplied procedure, never pry gear train while live.
