Robot stops after charging but had been returned manually
HOW TO CHECK & CORRECT THIS CAUSE
- Start a FULL cleaning task and allow it to return by itself on LOW battery.
- Manual Dock command may end the cleaning task, so it does not prove resume-after-charge function broken.
How to tell it is fixed: Robot returns to finish remaining area once enough charge obtained and schedule permits.
02
Resume was disabled or restricted
HOW TO CHECK & CORRECT THIS CAUSE
- Enable resume-cleaning where firmware provides it, review Do Not Disturb windows that may postpone resumption and avoid cancelling task during charge.
How to tell it is fixed: Task history shows resumed segment rather than brand-new run.
03
Robot does not resume even after autonomous low-battery return
HOW TO CHECK & CORRECT THIS CAUSE
- Update model-compatible firmware and preserve log, report app/task state to Dreame if feature still fails.

Ordered isolation tests are conservative explanatory procedures, not a claim that all checks are verbatim factory service instructions. If the stated manual does not establish a measurement or part compatibility, this guide deliberately does not invent it.
